Return Policy for Rug Purchases

We want you to be completely satisfied with your rug purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for rugs that meet the following conditions:

    •    The rug must be returned unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.

    •    Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

    •    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

    •    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, in accordance with credit card purchase terms. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Antique & Vintage Rugs

Our selection includes antique and vintage rugs, which naturally have imperfections such as:

    •    Signs of wear and aging

    •    Irregular shapes

    •    Possible stains, fading, or repairs

    •    Other unique characteristics

These traits are part of their authenticity and charm. Returns for antique and vintage rugs will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee.
